Subdomains ($1.20 per mailbox) run on roots you already own, 1 root domain per block of 50 mailboxes, so you skip buying ~17 dedicated roots and go live faster; the slight premium covers creating and authenticating every subdomain individually. If you're testing the channel, start with subdomains. If outbound is a core channel, go dedicated.

No, and that's deliberate. You register your own sending domains at any registrar (roughly $9 per year each), so ownership never touches our hands. We take it from there: DNS, authentication, redirects, tracking, and mailboxes are all on us. If you ever leave, everything keeps working because it was yours the whole time.

Each sending domain forwards visitors to your main website. A naive redirect chain is a spam signal, so we mask the forward so mailbox providers see a clean destination while prospects who type the domain still land on your real site.

We monitor blacklist and authentication status continuously. If a domain burns, we rebuild free of charge: full DNS setup on a replacement domain you register, mailboxes recreated, and an updated export sent to you, usually within one business day.

Under 24 hours from the moment you share domain access. Most orders are handed over the same day. The only thing that ever slows it down is DNS propagation at your registrar, which we can't control but rarely adds more than a few hours.

Yes, capacity is sold in blocks of 50 at the same $50 rate: 100 mailboxes for $100, 250 for $250, and so on. Volume pricing kicks in past 500 mailboxes, just ask.
