The short version
We collect what you choose to give us, we use it to reply to you and run your campaigns, and we never sell it. Our analytics are cookie-free and aggregate. If you want anything corrected or deleted, one email does it: hello@mail2lead.com.
Who we are
Mail2Lead is a B2B lead generation agency operating at mail2lead.com. We are the data controller for the information described on this page. Anything unclear, ask us at hello@mail2lead.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or email us, we receive what you typed: your name, work email, company, website, lead goals, and message.
- Booking details. If you book a call, our scheduling provider shares the name, email, and time slot you chose.
- Payment details. Payments run through Stripe. We see your name, email, and what you bought. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage data. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that show us aggregate numbers (pages visited, buttons clicked, country). It does not follow you across the web and cannot identify you personally.
Prospect data we process for clients
Running campaigns for clients means processing business contact data: names, job titles, company details, and work email addresses gathered from public and licensed business sources. We process this on a legitimate-interest basis for relevant B2B outreach only. If you have received an email from a campaign we run and want out, every message includes a working opt-out, and one request places you on a permanent suppression list. How we use your information

- To bill you correctly and keep required financial records
- To understand which pages and tools are useful, in aggregate
What we never do
- Sell or rent your data to anyone
- Share your data with advertisers or ad networks
- Add you to a mailing list you did not ask for
Services we rely on
A small set of providers help us run the site, and each receives only what it needs to do its job: Stripe for payments, a form delivery service for contact submissions, a scheduling provider for call bookings, Cloudflare for hosting and security, and a cookie-free analytics service for aggregate stats. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. Embedded third-party services, such as Stripe checkout or the call scheduler, may set their own functional cookies when you choose to use them.
How long we keep things
Contact and client records are kept while we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. Suppression lists are kept permanently, because deleting them would risk emailing someone who opted out.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, these rights are backed by laws like the GDPR or CCPA, but we honor them for everyone. Email hello@mail2lead.com and we'll handle it within 30 days, usually much faster.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top and, for material changes affecting active clients, tell you directly.
